two cylinder B-type pump, namely bh2b90 standard fuel injection pump, has a plunger diameter of 9mm. The technical requirements of the standard pump stipulate that "when the speed of the standard fuel injection pump is 1000r/min, the test is carried out with the standard fuel injector assembly for calibration, and the fuel supply at the fixed toothed rod position is 101mm3/cycle". Due to the characteristics of the standard pump itself, when its speed exceeds 1150r/min, the inertia force has exceeded the elastic force of the plunger spring, causing the cam to disengage from the plunger, resulting in abnormal oil supply. Therefore, the standard injector assembly using two cylinder B-type standard pump as a group is only suitable for adjusting the fuel injection pump with the rated speed below 1000r/min

a-type flow reference pump is a type a pump (four cylinder or six cylinder) with plunger diameter ≥ 9mm and without governor, advancer and oil delivery pump after careful selection and commissioning. When the standard injector adopts A-type flow reference pump and can be restarted for group test before being repaired, its speed can reach more than 1450r/min

in order to understand the difference between the two cylinder B-type pump and the A-type flow reference pump in the standard injector assembly group, we carried out the following tests:

first, use the two cylinder B-type pump reference cylinder at 1009 Control experiment method: when the computer automatically controls the experiment process at 0r/min, twelve standard injector assemblies in group B are grouped, and the test data are shown in Table 1; Then put the twelve standard injector assemblies of group B on the reference cylinder of type a flow reference pump respectively, and obtain the test data at the speed of 1450r/min, as shown in Table 2. Secondly, twelve standard fuel injector assemblies in group A are assembled by using A-type flow reference pump and the reference cylinder at 1450r/min, and the test data are shown in Table 3; Then, the test data of twelve standard injector assemblies in group A are obtained on the reference cylinder of type B pump at the speed of 1000r/min, as shown in Table 4. Finally, by analyzing these test data, it can be seen that the average fuel nonuniformity of the standard fuel injectors grouped by the two cylinder B standard pump has been greatly out of tolerance when tested on the A-type flow reference pump, while the average fuel nonuniformity of the standard fuel injectors grouped by the A-type flow reference pump whose body material you want to soften can still be well guaranteed when tested on the two cylinder B-type pump

due to the lack of necessary fuel quantity reference transmission system in China, the repair points are relatively scattered, and the standard injector assembly is so important in the commissioning of the fuel injection pump, it is very necessary to equip the oil pump maintenance point with a type A flow reference pump, and its advantages are as follows:

A) the standard injector of the fuel injection pump test bench can be verified at any time to determine its correctness, and you know it well when repairing

b) once the standard fuel injector is found to have problems, it can be solved in time, such as replacing the standard fuel injector filter, replacing the fuel injector coupling, etc., which saves time and solves the problems intuitively

c) because the correctness of the standard injector is guaranteed, unnecessary doubts and errors such as governor adjustment during the commissioning of the fuel injection pump are eliminated

d) the service life of the standard injector is improved. Because you can calibrate your standard injector at any time, the probability of blind replacement or scrapping is reduced

an oil pump and nozzle maintenance station was repairing a type a pump matched with a vehicle diesel engine. After careful disassembly, cleaning and debugging, it was found that the vehicle still had high fuel consumption and insufficient horsepower, and the reason was found again and again. Later, the standard fuel injector assembly on the test bench was calibrated with the reference flow pump, and it was found that the fuel nonuniformity deviation was large. After readjustment and commissioning, the vehicle worked normally

V Conclusion
