Application of flat bag dust collector in dust control of coal bunker
Anqing Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant has three high-temperature and high-pressure coal-fired boilers with a total evaporation of 1260t/h and four 50000 kW steam turbine generator units with a total power generation capacity of 200000 kw/h and coal consumption of 130t/h. It was completed and put into operation in 1987, and the coal conveying method is belt conveyor. Due to the limitations of historical conditions and low design standards at that time, a large amount of dust was generated during the transportation of coal, which seriously polluted the environment, especially in the coal bunker. The dust concentration seriously exceeds the standard, with an average dust content of tens of milligrams to hundreds of milligrams per cubic meter, and the dust concentration at individual points reaches 1220mg/m3 (according to the requirements of Guodian for dust control of the coal handling system: the allowable dust content in the air around the detection points of the coal handling system should be less than 10mg/m3), making it difficult for operators to monitor the equipment. At the same time, it causes serious wear and tear of equipment and the decline of electrical insulation level, which brings great harm to safety production, physical and mental health of workers and the environment, and must be rectified

the ground elevation of the bunker room is 35m, and two parallel belt conveyors, a and B, are arranged. The frame length is 130m, the belt speed is 2m/s, the bandwidth B = 1000mm, and the vertical distance from the bottom of the belt groove to the ground is 1.0m, The distance between the center lines of the two belts is 3.2m. Each belt conveyor is equipped with five single-sided coal ploughs, which distribute coal to the raw coal bunker of three coal-fired boilers through their respective discharge hoppers. The heads of the two belt conveyors are also equipped with coal chute to directly supply coal to the raw coal bunker. A vertical bag filter (products of 1980s) is arranged next to each of the 10 discharge hoppers. A cleaner is installed on the head of the belt conveyor and the return empty belt, and a small number of self-aligning idler groups are installed on the upper and lower frames. II. Causes and prevention of dust
through observation and analysis, the dust in the coal bunker is mainly caused by the following reasons: Coal scattering by the belt conveyor, coal leakage by the coal plough, coal sticking by the drum, and poor sealing of the raw coal bunker. In view of the phenomenon of coal scattering and leakage, the following measures have been taken:
(1) reinforce and adjust the automatic control and data collection system designed by the discipline for the deformation part of the belt frame to restore its straightness; Adjust the parallelism of the head and tail rollers; Replace and properly supplement the failed upper and lower centering idler groups; Re align some belt joints to eliminate the coal scattering caused by belt deviation. (2) Replace the coal plough with one in poor working condition. The new coal plough is uniformly designed and manufactured according to the national standard T, and the porosity can be as high as 99.8% d75 belt conveyor. The single plough structure is changed into the main and auxiliary double plough structure to ensure that the unloading is clean. At the same time, the original length of the unloading hopper is 1200mm, and it is changed into a 1800mm standard hopper to prevent coal leakage at both ends of the coal plough. (3) Remove the belt cleaner (head and return empty section) with poor cleaning effect. The head shall be alloy rubber cleaner, and the belt empty section shall be wear-resistant polyurethane cleaner. The sweeper scrapes the coal cleanly, making the drum free of coal sticking and ensuring the smooth operation of the belt. (4) Close the observation opening of the raw coal bunker grille, use a movable cover plate (convenient for future maintenance), and open 300mm on the cover plate at the same time × The 300mm hinged observation port is closed at ordinary times and opened only when observing the stored coal of raw coal. Thus, the dust escape in the raw coal bunker is blocked, so that the dust "lives and dies by itself" in the raw coal bunker
