6 ① The typical mechanism of the pressure plate (or beam) of the mobile electronic tensile testing machine

1) the paper loading mechanism

there are many types of paper loading mechanisms. The typical structures that are widely used mainly include pneumatic paper feeding, electric paper feeding and rotary arm paper feeding mechanism. Now we will introduce them respectively as follows

① pneumatic paper loading mechanism: the pneumatic paper loading mechanism uses compressed air as power to push the paper roll support arm (hereinafter referred to as the paper arm) and place the paper roll in a fixed position. The paper feeder shown in figure (see issue 6) is a typical pneumatic paper loading mechanism. The figure shows the schematic diagram of pneumatic paper loading mechanism

● paper roll clamping: the paper roll is fixed on the paper threading shaft, as shown in the figure, and the paper threading shaft 6 penetrates into the paper core of the prepared new paper roll. Fix the plum blossom tip 7, which has been adjusted in advance according to the width of the paper roll and fixed on the paper threading shaft. After the paper threading shaft is threaded into the paper core, use the shift roller to toggle the lock nut 10, and the lock nut rotates on the thread of the paper threading shaft, pushing the plum blossom Center 9 to move on the paper threading shaft 6 (note that it only moves without rotating), and gradually clamp the paper roll. When it is properly clamped, use the shift roller to move the lock nut 11 to lock the lock nut 10 and the plum blossom tip 9. At this time, the paper roll is tightly clamped on the paper threading shaft

● paper loading: as shown in the figure, put the paper arm 17 to the lowest position before paper loading. Push the new paper roll that has been clamped between the paper threading shaft and the paper roll onto the paper channeling tray, as shown in Figure 1 (see issue 6), and find the axial position. Place the paper roll lifting control button in the "up" position, and then conduct a metallographic analysis. Slowly jog the paper roll "up" button, as shown in the figure, the piston rod L5 slowly retracts, and the paper arm L7 swings upward through the connecting rod 16. When the bearing B on the paper arm 17 is close to the paper threading shaft. Press the "up" button of the paper roll again. At this time, the paper arm quickly rises to the required position of the paper roll, and is combined with the bearing a fixed on the wallboard of the paper feeder to form an integral supporting bearing of the paper threading shaft 6 (the supporting bearing of the paper threading shaft 6 is divided into two parts A and B. part a is fixed on the wallboard of the paper feeder, and part B is fixed on the paper arm 17). When lifting the paper, it should also be noted that when the paper roll is about to reach the support a, the paper roll should be raised slowly, and the hand wheel 1 should be turned to make the bearing 5 on the threading shaft 6 enter the groove of the adjusting seat 4, otherwise the bearing 5 or other parts will be damaged, causing trouble for the subsequent work

● axial adjustment of the paper roll: the axial center of the paper roll must be printed. If the oil pump is the product number of the material testing machine, is it correct to use it? It is not only related to the oil pump, but also coincides with the axial center of the brush drum. If the position is wrong, it must be adjusted. Adjust the coarse and fine adjustment. During rough adjustment, loosen the plum blossom tips 7 and 9 to make the paper roll move on the paper threading shaft. Fix it after the position is adjusted. Generally, as long as the width of the paper roll remains the same, the position of the plum blossom top 7 has been adjusted. After the paper roll is finished, it is not necessary to adjust the position of the plum blossom top. Turn the hand wheel 1 during fine adjustment, and then the screw rod 3 rotates. The adjusting seat 4 can be driven to move left and right through the screw pair. The adjusting seat makes the paper threading shaft 6 move axially through the bearing 5 to achieve the purpose of stable batch supply of hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled cans, cans, pull ring materials and aluminum foil blanks with the paper roll axially adjusted

● start working: after the paper reel is adjusted to the position, move the connecting sleeve 12 and connect the paper threading shaft 6 with the magnetic powder brake 13. Note that the bump on the connecting sleeve 12 must press the safety microswitch (see Part 4 in the figure) to cut off the paper roll lifting power supply and ensure work safety. Then the paper roll can start working

● replace the paper roll: during the use of the new paper roll, clamp the paper roll to be used next time on the paper threading shaft and get ready. When the paper roll in use is used up, stop the machine. Move the connecting sleeve 12 to disconnect the paper threading shaft 6 from the magnetic powder brake. Note that the boss on the connecting sleeve 12 must leave the safety microswitch and turn on the power supply for the "lifting" and "lowering" of the paper roll. Then place the paper roll lifting control button in the "down" position. Press the "down" button of the paper roll to lower the paper roll to the lowest position. Remove the used up remaining paper core and replace it with a new paper roll that has been prepared. A new cycle begins. (to be continued)
